Joe is the engineer on the work. Site, how your tools connect, the data, checks on spend, reports you can read cold. Google Ads fixes belong in the account, not on slide forty-two. You keep the files and plain notes. You want someone who knows how it is built (often still us). If it is live, you ask Joe.
