Quotes and engagements
Service descriptions on this site are overview material. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines require a scoped proposal or signed agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and project information
- Supply content, brand assets, and approvals needed to deliver work
- Ensure you have rights to materials you ask us to use or publish
- Comply with advertising platform rules and applicable laws for campaigns we run on your behalf
Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, you retain ownership of your brand materials and business content. Rights to custom deliverables transfer as specified in your signed agreement upon payment. Our methods, frameworks, and pre-existing tools remain our property.
Disclaimer
The site and general information on it are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Campaign and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VF Media Group and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For any claim related to a paid engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months before the claim, unless a signed agreement sets a different cap.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Signed client agreements control over these general Terms when they conflict.
