Who we are
VF Media Group is a digital agency operated by Joseph Ferrieri and contractors. The Social Project is a brand surface on this site operated by VF Media Group LLC. Primary contact: joe@ferrieriforge.com. Team phone numbers and direct lines are on our team page.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you submit a contact form on this site (including The Social Project form), we receive the fields you enter — typically name, email, and message — plus any optional parameters you chose (service interest, plan, channel, referral source, or campaign parameters). Submissions are delivered to our inbox by email when delivery is configured.
- Scheduling. If you book time through an embedded calendar (such as Calendly), that provider collects the information required to schedule the meeting under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and tags. We may use Google Tag Manager and related analytics to understand how visitors use the site and measure campaigns. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard server data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and reliability.

Sharing with service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the site and deliver services. Depending on what is enabled, that may include Vercel (hosting), FormSubmit (contact-form email delivery when an inbox is configured), Google Tag Manager and related analytics (when enabled), and scheduling providers such as Calendly (when an embed is shown). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to perform services for us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting joe@ferrieriforge.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
